We retain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or for an item ordered which is out-of-stock or no longer available. Lucy Blue shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
