Returns or Exchanges We accept returns or exchanges for new (not worn) sandals within 15 days of purchase date (as indicated on receipt in shipment). All exchanges are fulfilled once we are in receipt of the original merchandise. All returns must be insured for full value. Please contact us for the return address. We retain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or for an item ordered which is out-of-stock or no longer available.
